Review Guide：

1.    You must be able to recall meaning upon seeing ALL those characters and “spell” ALL of these Pinyin when it is read to you (with correct tone marks).

2.    Review compound finals (notice how ian, un, üan are pronounced)

3.   You must know two ways to ask yes/no question V 不V or  V吗 (adjectives are verbs in Chinese ex. is she beautiful 她美不美 or 她美吗？)

4.    For translation questions, you must know how to answer and ask dates and days of the week in correct order and number of days weeks and. Ex.Translate:

1)   Tomorrow is Sunday, February 21th.  __________________________________________

2)   Independence Day (独立日) is July 4^th . _________________________________________

3)   One year has 12 months. _________________________________________________________

* You should know how to write 昨天，今天，明天，天，是，年，月，号，星期，个，有, 几, 什么 , 不，很，吗, 吃 to answer questions.
